It was another beautiful morning in G-Vegas! YHC was eager to get started and was very excited to see a good showing by the Pax this am. After watching the Masters yesterday YHC figured if minus 5 was good enough to win then the #5 would work fine as a theme for this mornings festivities. A quick disclaimer was given and we got down to business.

Warmups:

Arm and leg stretches (10 ic)

Arm Circles (10 forward, 10 Backward ic)

SSH (10ic)

The Thang:

Mosey over to the brick crosswalk in front of Williams Arena. Here we did a set of fives (same as elevens but with five reps instead of eleven). The two exercises were Monkey Humpers and Squats with a bear crawl between each rep.

Next we moseyed back to the flag for our next adventure. Here YHC explained a new routine he called “The Pentagram”. It consisted of five exercises at five different locations around the flag:

#1-Dips using the curb beside the flag.

#2-Step Ups at the circle benches

#3 Foot Release Squats at the next bench

#4 Hallelujahs at the top of Mt Murphy

#5 Carolina Dry Docks on the sidewalk to Minges

Each Pax was responsible for 50 reps at each location. Five Burpees were required to enter and exit the pentagram, and between each location visit. This was oyo and a plank a rama was held while we waited for the six.

After the pentagram we headed to the wall for some peoples chair and balls to the wall. Each was held for two 10 counts by each Pax member.

We headed back to the flag for a round of Mary called out by each Pax member.
