MASH is where its at!!  Numbers were high and asses were kicked.

Starting off with the Pledge of Allegiance (as always) and right into a couple of stretching and warm-up exercises.  In a single file line we Indian ran to college hill to tackle “The Four Corners”, this consisted of:

5 merkins, run to the next corner, 5 diamond merkins, run to the next corner, 5 wide arm merkins, run to the last corner, and 5 hand release merkins.  This was a rinse and repeat except a round of 10 followed by a round of 15 at each corner.

After the last PAX crossed the finish line, we did a couple more rounds of corners, but different exercises.  10 flutter kicks, 10 LBCs, 10 WW1s, and 10 American hammers.  This was followed by the last round of 20 of each exercise.

Once completed we made our way back to the site by another Indian run, except there was no Indian, PAX’s were wore out!!  Today we got our moneys worth!!
