Warm Up:  15 SSH; 15 Mountain Climbers; 15 High Knees; 1 Burpee for Fun

The Thang:

– Mosey to Mount Murphy. Run the stairs and do 7 merkins at the bottom (rinse and repeat 7x)

– Mosey to Mount Murphy II (stairs near Pirate Statue).  Run the stairs and do 7 WWI at the bottom (rinse and repeat 7x)

– Short mosey to the benches at the Pirate Statue for dips and derkins. Do 7 reps of dips and 7 reps of derkins (rinse and repeat 3x)

– Mosey to the Minges Tunnel for BTW & WWII.  Each PAX calls out 10 seconds BTW followed by 7 WWII

– Mosey to the hill by the Charlie Brown Tennis Courts for bear crawl and burpees.  Start at the bottom and bear crawl to the top and do one burpee, mosey down the hill and do two burpees and so on until you reach the #7 at the top

– Mosey to the meadow for 4 corners; 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 WWI, 20 flutter kicks

– Finish with one suicide sprint and one burpee for fun

Great morning at MASH!  Was excited when I pulled up and my FNG (now F3 Full Count) was sitting in his car ready to go.  Full Count will be a great addition to F3ENC.  Always a good sign when a FNG asks, “When does this meet again?”
