800s in the Rain

800 meters is my favorite distance at the Oval Office. Two weeks have passed since BRR and I thought it would be nice to ramp up the speed at the track. The five of us ran seven 800 meter reps with 1 minute and 30 seconds rest with some light banter in between each rep. We ran the final rep clockwise around the track for fun. The rain provided a great, epic atmosphere for our running.
