800m Run (w/ 2:00 recovery)

To all of those who just lift heavy things and put them down, don’t be afraid to cross-train with some cardio.  The oval is a great place to start your cardio journey because you are never left behind.  It is also a great place to work on your mental strength and for you to develop ways on how to win the mental battle.  It is a great place to be if you haven’t been before.
