The Pax started with a couple of warm up laps around the Oval Office where we quickly learned that the humidity would be an obstacle on this particular morning.  We then met at the starting line to go over how we would attack the track.  YHC instructed the PAX to Run 8 400’s as hard as they could run them with a recovery lap after each one.  Tonka needed confirmation that this would be 16 total 400’s but we would be alternating full throttle laps with recovery laps. Captain Obvious was a little under the weather but was able to make it out to provide strong moral support.  Everyone was able to get the 4+ miles in within our 45 minute time slot.  We then met at the flag to discuss prayer request and YHC was honored to lead us in prayer.

Prayer Requests:

-ECU Employee Kevin Suggs who lost his life after being struck by a vehicle on the highway.  Prayers lifted for Him and his family.

-Stitches Cousin battling Testicular Cancer

-Continued prayers of healing for Splinter

-The Situation’s Best Friend Ty as he starts a new business.
