YHC decided to Q #RuckOn for a second time. I hadn’t experienced rucking the largest mountain in Greenville – decided this workout would do so.

THE THANG: Out to Charles, down to 10th and take a left, over the nipple and then turn around at the light on 14th, head back down 10th street, turn right and go up College Hill, lap around the stadium, back to Gate 6 (No flags available for YHC to borrow).

  • Monarch and Reroute decided to… reroute… but they ended up at Gate 6 at the exact same time.

 

COT/Prayer Requests: YHC’s M and future-2.0

Moleskin: We also prayed for strength to be provided to Stabler. Fartsacking due to rain will not be an option at the BRR. To honor him, we went at a “Stabler pace” and clocked in an average 15:10 mile. YHC also would like to call out Skipper. The site-Q was planning on being Q for today, but after I volunteered he must have believed that fartsacking was an option. We missed our PAX members!
