Warm-Up

  • Pledge
  • Get your feet pumping while we do burpees.  Everytime we get one of the items below right, we do a burpee.  When we get it wrong, we do an extra burpee.

The Thang

  • Ruck to Wintergreen
  • Teams of 4-5.  Complete exercise then ruck the loop with sandbag
    • EXERCISES IN CADENCE
      • 75 – 4 count merkins
      • 100 – Thrusters
      • 200 – Squats
      • 250 – WWIIs
    • *We all came together at the end of the last loop to pray over Wintergreen and all students.
  • Ruck back to Abby Road (Stolen from Bench)
    • Doras

Moleskin

YHC has been in F3 for 6 months now.  He continually reflects back on what those first workouts were like.  Today YHC pulled from 2 of his earliest Ruck Ready workouts that kicked his butt!  Thank you to all the Pax for helping YHC grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  Now it is time to give it away.  YHC is not done growing (by any standards. AYE!), but he now feels as though he can move past the infancy.  The best conversation of the day came from a Pax saying that he admired Blueprint and has seen a difference in him.  YHC couldn’t agree more, and YHC is left with the thought of how can we continue to set and example and coach/lead others.

F3 ENC Crossbones is beyond special.
