It was a warm evening as pax gathered around the shovel flag at the workout equipment end of Boyd Lee Park.  Auquaman  brought 12 year old with him for his first contact with F3. Lot’s of flag footballers were around but none of them experienced the Super Sunday workout that we were about to begin

The Thang

Pax warmed up with 25 side straddle hops followed with 15 monkey humpers and 20 flutter kicks.  Next we moseyed on over to the woods and began SUPER 21’s.  It was an awesome exercise. 1 WWI or WWII situp followed by 1Merkin.  The 2 situps followed by 2 merkins, then 3 situps followed by 3 merkins until you reached 21.  The Pax moaned as the numbers got higher and higher.  Angus was fighting WWI vs WWII situps.  This took up about 25 minutes of our routine and every pax member was experiencing severe leaking at the end. 231 situps and 231 merkins makes a strong and fit pax.

Next we moved into 4 corners of abs.  20 WWI situps, 20 Flutter Kicks, 20 Homer to Marge to Mr. Burns and 20 WWII situps.  As many as you could do on your own.  Homer and Marge and Mr. Burns brought agony to the Pax.  Aquaman begin to put up back blast as Mr. Burns tightened in on his abs and released all gases.  Glad we were all downwind.  Next we moved back to the workout equipment for a traditional King Pin ending of Dips and One legged squats.  Rambo was mumbling something about working out with the old men q’ing and how he would never say this should be a light workout again.

Pax circled up and shared prayer concerns and named new guy Whitetail because he is a big deer hunter.
