Due to the Winter Advisory the scheduled Q Roscoe was not going to be able to make it this morning since he was on-call. So, Duff reached out to the group for a Q since he is nursing some wounds from not knowing how to ride a sled. But think everyone thought they were on-call or injured too as most choose to stay at home during the beautiful snowfall this morning. YHC was just stepping out of my car at 5:59 to run alone when Rafiki pulled up to get some miles in the gloom. Running with a brother makes the miles so much easier. YHC had a route planned last week that would keep us off the main roads but got canceled due to icy conditions. So was able to use that route through Lyndale to Fit for Life and back. We were able to get in right at 6.5 miles with no issues. Rafiki suggested Coffeteria after COT so went into Starbucks and was able to sit down and talk for about 30 minutes. Enjoyed this time one-one with Rafiki.
