Rinse and Repeat. This time, increase BLIMPS (10-Burpees, 20-Lunges, 30-Imperial Walkers, 40-Merkins, 50- Plank Jacks, 60-Squats>>>>No Kegs Here, Lynard Skynard emptied them back yonder cause he wanted to get back to bear crawling…the beast who practices at home.
