10 Pax came out in the gloom to show that Clydesdales can move, even when carrying some rocks.  All experienced the best of what this AO has to offer (without going in the stadium).

WARM UP

  • SSH, Michael Phelps, Good Mornings, Good Evenings

THE THANG

-Worked around the stadium, stopping at the first 3 gates for a series of exercises at each stop with pax contributing an additional exercise to the original series at each stop

-Moseyed to the flag pole in the back of the stadium for DORA with partners, and became friendly with some rocks.  Those not doing the exercise below did hallelujas (with rocks) with a slow mosey to the 2nd light post (started with the 4th, but modified for time and relief of their partner)

  • 100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 lbcs- each exercise using rocks

-To the hill by the tennis courts for a quick series of 4s with merkins at the bottom, squats at the top, and bear crawls in between

-To the tunnel for alternating series of BTTW/chicken peckers and people’s chair

-Back to the flag- finished with V Ups courtesy of Haavaad for the last 30 seconds
