After a solid EC Ruck with BJ, the PAX was awaiting at the flag to be introduced to a hybrid run/ruck workout. We began….

Mosey to parking lot hill – 2,4,6,8,10 reps. 2 squats at top of hill, 2 merkins at bottom of hill…then 4, then 6….you get the point.

Mosey to meadow in fron of basketball complex..in circle, one PAX called out a workout. After performing workout, PAX rucked/ran to top of stairs of Harvey building. At the top, ruckers did 20 ruck curls, runner did 20 merkins. PAX then returned to the meadow where another person picked a workout, and the cycle continued until 6:15
