Stable and Haavaad got a little under 3 miles with a nice EC ruck.

Started with the Pledge

Warmup: Good mornings, arm circle front and back, overhead clap, seal clap, michael phelps, merkin IC 15

The Thang: Run from flag to circle benches at gate 10.  There we performed 7’s with dips on one side and step ups on the other with bear crawls in between. We then ran to the playground at the school and partnered up for 50 pullups.  Ran from school to the circle behind the tower.  First exercise was ring around the pansies (in plank position on curb move to right until Q says down then 2 dirkins, completed to revolutions around the pansies).  We then did 15 hand release merkins. Using rocks from the circle we did curls, tricep extensions, lateral arm raises and preacher curls.  Air squats and replace rocks.  From there we ran to the tunnel the long way as a security vehicle was coming through when we got there.  In the tunnel we did peoples chair with a 10 count hallelujah’s led by each pax. Then did 6 ct chicken peckers led by each pax.  From there we ran to the hill at minges and partnered up for a little Dora.  Due to time constraints we did 25 merkins and 50 WWII’s with partner running up the hill. We finished the hill with 5 burp & merks then jail broke back to the flag.

By the time we finished we did a few small rings around several circular areas of the stadium and one big ring around the entire complex.  We may have gone over the mile marker in doing so.
