R O  T C were dragging this gloom as us more mature gentlemen showed up at Gate 5. The Coopstronghold.

Pledge of Allegiance to the US Flag.  Hiny, Old McDonald, Achtung, Mayhem, Splinter, Shrimp, Charlie Brown, King Pin, Landline and Beaker, Crankshaft, Diehard, Bearded Jester, Short Walk, Elmer Fudd, Rootin Tootin, Drone, Gamecock, Olaf, Camel Toe, Ratched with a ‘D’, Hokie, Chumlee, Mr. Heyman, Megaphone, Cornkrak puddin, Grammar , Spinal Tap were surely missed this glory US Day………………………………. Equipment is Yuge when it comes to planning a HC activities for a beatdown. Today was no exception. Smart and savvy in utilizing the COOPSTRONGHOLD.

Several laps happened on Mt. Murphy. Followed by a flurry of calf raises, led by various Clydesdales. Even some single leg ups and downs. Haavaad can hear and count.

Head toward the TOP (Tunnel o Pain): peoples chair with arms slapping up and out multiple times. Lean on down into Planking, Left and Right and Low. 20 seemed to be the aimed at number. Australia visited us with several counts of ‘Chicken Chasers’.  Squat Jumps. Diamond Merkins. Burpees we did. WWII’s, WWI’s.

Head outside some toward the Picnic Tables for some step ups, dirkins and irkins.

Nothing fancy. But I believe we all experienced the 3 F’s. Clap if in agreement.
