The morning began with a nice ruck with Patch. Did it rain?  Yes. Did we care? No.  I thought ruckers were not afraid of rain!

WARM-UP

20 SSH, 17 Michael Phelps, 13 High Knees  (Newfie does a warm-up to pay tribute to my kids’ ages)

THE THANG

Mosey to Gate 9 and did a modified DORA.  Partnered up and did a total of 50 dips, 100 merkins and 150 LBCs while partner runs to Elmhurst and did 5 pullups.

Mosey to front of Towne Bank Stadium.  Kept the same partner – one remained in people’s chair while partner ran to end of the parking lot by baseball field and back.  Rotated.  We did a few stretches, then all lunged forward and backward across the sheltered area.  Partnered with balls to the wall and run to the end of the parking lot by baseball field and back.

Mosey to tennis courts and found coupons….Water bottles.  With a partner, one carried two bottles as far as they could and then the other partner picked up. We did two sets of going across the courts and did some marys in between the sets.  For fun, we all took turns carrying the water bottles back to the flag.  Water bottles provided a good shoulder workout.

PRAYER REQUEST

Prayers for Patch’s wife and her recovery from surgery, for Ratched’s friend, and for Cold Cut’s teenager and friends.  Pray for our servicemen/women. Pray for health and safety for our families.

A lot less PAX came to The Clydesdales today but we weren’t afraid of rain.  Thanks to Ratched for the opportunity to Q.  God Bless!
