Woke up late this morning feeling tired and sore. missed out on EC ruck with patch, stabler, chimichanga, heaved, ratched. showed up about 0520 with pax talking ghost Q and planning for kool aid to q. circled up and started on time at 530.

The Thang- Warm up with good mornings, SSH, high knees and butt kickers. then indian bear crawl around the flag. moseyed over to the stairs for elevens (merkins/jump squats and renegade rows/reverse lunges). then moseyed over to pirate statue for dips/erkins/step ups/lbcs. finished up with flutter kicks for the mary
