YHC rarely makes it to The Commons as normally take Sunday’s off, but every time YHC does attend it is always a great crowd and always have a great time. YHC loves going to workouts where YHC meets someone that YHC has not gotten to know that well yet. Today YHC was able to run with Clipper and get to talk and get to know him a little better. That is what this whole deal is about. Meeting others, forging that brotherhood that will eventually help us all be the best we can be.

Doppler lead the Ruckers on simple out and back – Cotanche St/Charles St to Greenville Boulevard and back. They were able to get 3.64 miles

Prayer requests to injured PAX and recovery for the Ironwood twins; Thee Hot Spot and Silverback. Also prayers to Grammar as he was coming out but was not feeling well.
