Bullfrog came out to get some EC, but had to leave early for work unfortunately.  But the three of us still managed to put in some work!  Pledge, Disclaimer, Beatdown.

Warm Up – Hip Turns, SSH, Good mornings.

Thang:

  • Round 1 – 10 Reps of Each Exercise IC: Goblet Squats, Single Arm Press, Figure 8’s, Merkins on KB, and KB Swings.  Farmers Carry to the end of the parking lot for recovery.
  • Round 2 – Merkins on KB, Lunge w/ kb pass throughs, Russian swings, Burpees jump overs.  KB overhead to the end of lot and back for recovery.
  • Round 3 – Peter Parker push (scraped some asphalt with this one), Dead bug reaches, Rotational clean to press to squat, Alternating single arm swings.
  • Walk with kbs to tapped light and back….. 6:15
