That is right! I personal rename “The Rush” to “Da Ruch”.

My goal for the workout was to run 3.1 miles or 5K (which ever came first) and have a killer workout.

Da Thung

  • RUN!!! To the cop car!
  • Do suicides in the front parking lot, with merkins. Start with 1 merkin and increase by 1 at ever curb.
  • Repeat but start with 2 WWII and increase by 2 at every curb
  • Repeat but do 3 squats and increase by 3 at every curb (that is a big parking lot)
  • Run down the far side of Rose and stop at every street light and do 4 imperial walkers
  • Next run to the track and do a lap
  • Lastly run to the flag and find out we only did 2.92 miles, SHIT.
