Warm-Up:

SSH x 20, Good Morning x 20, Butt Kickers x 20

Indian- run 1 lap around track.

Go to the goal-line and partner-up:

While one partner completes:

Bear crawl to the 30, backwards run to the goal line.

Crab walk to the 30, backwards run to the goal line.

Burpee broad jump to the 10 and Burpee broad jump back to the goal line.

The other partner will do ab exercise. The ab exercises are WWI, WWII and flutter kicks.

Indian- run 1 lap around track.

Partner-up:

Complete tire flip.

20 Plank burpees. This can be broken-up.

20 hand slap merkins.

Indian- run 1 lap around track.

Partner-up on the goal line:

Wheelbarrow  to the 20 and back to the goal.

20 Throw downs.

Horseback ride to the 50 and back to the goal.

Indian- run 1 lap around track.

Return to the flag.
