When Skipper asked YHC to Q The Rush, there was no hesitation.  I started thinking of some ways to use that nice football field out there to the fullest, ran it by my sidekick Driesell (read 12 year old son who has an opinion on everything) and had my plan locked down.

When YHC arrived, several PAX were already there.  As the shovel flag was set and we circled up, 22 PAX were present and ready for a beatdown.  The size of the crowd gave me extra motivation.  YHC gave a quick disclaimer about pushing yourself, not hurting yourself, did some SSH and Good Mornings to get the blood flowing and we got the show on the road.

Moleskin

This was by far the most fun I have had Qing a workout.  The PAX was awesome.  Guys were pushing themselves.  The mumblechatter was active toward YHC and some of the other PAX.  It was like music to my ears.  As I was hearing all of that today, it made me think of the blessing F3 has been to me since I started last July.  It is a great environment of support and motivation that has pushed me to do things I would not have thought possible.  Many thanks to the PAX for the great time.
