Warm-Up

  • Good Mornings x 15
  • Side Straddle Hops x 15
  • Arm Circles (both directions) x 20
  • Butt Kickers x 15

The Thang

  • Brisk run down to Evans Street and return to flag.  Bear crawl back and forth 4 times across circle and then Mosey to track.
  • Perform Burpees x 10 at Stadium entrance.
  • Go to endzone grass and perform 3 planks (1 minute each) and 20 LBC’s rotating.
  • Two laps of Scout run and then Mosey to home bleachers. At bleachers do 11’s…irkins at top and dirkins at bottom.
  • Mosey back to flag and perform 15 calf raises.

COT/BOM

  • Clemson kicker Nelson Welk prayers for full recovery.
  • Belly Dancer’s father’s health.
  • Hot Pursuit’s son, Chris.
  • Cold Cut’s son, David.
  • Squeeze Play and Wimpie’s boys at Cobra Kai safe travels to Georgia.
  • Vandelay’s speedy recovery from knee surgery.

Moleskin

Great honor to Q at The Rush and appreciate Belly Dancer giving me the opportunity to lead.  It was a beautiful morning and there’s always something special about working out with a smaller group of men.  We pushed each other along and gave 100% while cracking some jokes in between gasping for air.  There was so much leakage that the Rose football stadium is now a permanent swimming pool!  Big props to all participants and some great prayers were shared and sent up to the heavens.  Until next time!
