Die Hard asked YHC when would be a good time to come Q the toughest AO in Winterville. YHC told Die Hard he would be there the week after fart sacking in Myrtle Beach all week! The workout went something like this.

Warm-Up

  • Good Mornings (IC)
  • Merkins (IC)
  • Circle Burpee (9)

The Thang

  • Started out with a Kettlebell 2 lap sprint. One PAX would take KB and sprint for 20 seconds while others moseyed behind then next man in line would grab KB for same.
  • 10 ct from Tap (1) at the stage. The next couple of exercises all involved one lap around the small mini track at the stage. First one was bearpees for a lap, bear crawl and when hand touches the pavement for 4th time do a burpee. Next exercise was crab walk around the mini track ( these sucked). Next exercise was Fireman carry around mini track. Next exercise was a merkin half dora with 50 durks 100 urks and 150 murks, partner would perform murk while other back peddled around mini track and then flapjack. 
  • Mosey to tennis courts for 7’s with burpees/plank jacks with karaoke and back peddling between. Mosey to flag!
  • Mary: Die Hard ( Merican Hammers) Pothole ( Chill Cut arm extensions) Spinal Tap ( Flutter Kicks) 6:15.

COT/BOM

  • Taps mother and mother in-law.
  • Pax lunch at Cubbies
  • Sign up for Sasquatch ( run, ruck, support, house) DO SOMETHING!!!!!
  • Grammar has Q next week, looking for other Q’s at toughest AO in Winterville!
