YHC was supposed to have the Q a few months back, but had an alarm clock failure. Had a plan then, but thought might do something different when the chance arose again. Guys were making their HC’s once Arkansas announced YHC was the Q. Some things were about to change due to COVID-19. Told guys that YHC would still post and have the route if they were interested, we would definitely have #socialdistancing due to running capabilities. Got a text last night from an HC, but got another one from him to cancel that one out. He told YHC that #GongHits cure COVID-19, guess we’ll have to wait…

The Thang

The PAX were huddled up with good distance among us while YHC gave a few instructions, don’t know why because no one understood them, but had to start somewhere…

Turn left out of the Park, left onto Church, right onto Laurie Ellis, then left onto Old Hwy 11. When we got to South Ridge we were to pick up our pace till we reached Hwy 11, then return for the six.

Continuing on we went back out of South ridge, turn left onto Old Hwy 11, then turn left onto Laurie Ellis. Same plan to pickup the pace till we reached Hwy 11, then return for the six.

Head back down Laurie Ellis, turn left onto Old Hwy 11, then turn left onto Main St. Same plan to pickup the pace till we reached Hwy 11, then then return for the six.

Head back down Main, turn left onto Old Hwy 11, then turn left onto Williams. Same plan to pickup the pace till we reached Hwy 11, YHC had most PAX turn around due to the time.

Head back down Williams, turn right onto Railroad, then left onto Sylvania and back to the Park.

Gave a minute of testimony of how much this means to YHC to come out and be with the guys! YHC doesn’t say much while working out, but just the presence of others is powerful! Look forward to continuing.

Gave an update/notification of YHC’s dad in ICU. He had an operation and contracted Pneumonia. He is currently on a Ventilator and hoping rest will cure him.

YHC closed us in prayer and prayed that we continue to do the things we need to do!

2. I missed my last Q here due to alarm failure.
3. Was mission focused and didn’t turn around when we should have.

Quite a bit of #mumblechatter during this one about running on Old Hwy 11 and the time. Then the PAX realized the benefits of the extra mile…
