For my back-to-back Q, I repeated some of the exercises as yesterday but wanted to add the Newfie staple, water jugs. I like to work on upper body with my Qs so this worked well today.

The Thang
Mosey to Branches
DORA – 100 dips, 200 LBCs, 300 squats while partner lunges to end of the parking lot then sprints back.
25 Derkins
25 Irkins
1 Burpee

Mosey to the side of the school facing Red Banks
Starting at the post, lunge to big trees doing 5 squats at each tree until we got to the other post.
Came back with bear crawls and 5 merkins for each stop.

Mosey to parking lot where we found 4 water jugs. Formed two teams. Each team member would carry 2 water jugs as far as they could around the parking circle and then pass to another member and repeated down the line. We did 3 laps and ended in a tie.

Mosey to the wall for people’s chair and balls to the wall. Finished with a couple of Marys

We had fun this morning and a good all-around workout. Cheetah may need to change his name to Tiger as he worked hard carrying the water jugs. Thanks, Beer Garden for the Q.
