As usual, YHC’s mouth got him in trouble. YHC made some comments to Slalom (forgot he was a site Q) trying to get others to post to a Running workout and cornered him into a Q.  He got me, turn around is fair play!  So, it has probably been over a year since I’ve posted to a Boot Camp, much less Q and it showed today!

Warmup – 2 Laps around the parking lot.

Thang – 1 minute Chilcutt,  Merkins X 10, LBC X 10 (IC), Dips X 10 (IC), Flutter Kicks X10 (IC), Urkins X 10 (IC), Grave Diggers X 10 (IC – each arm) 1 Lap around the parking lot.

Rinse and Repeat for the remaining 35 minutes. We got 6 rounds of boring upper body and core exercises.  Is this the greatest country in the world or what?

14 Count a rama, Name a rama, YHC prayed us out! (Aquaman, Slim Jim, Spare Change, Stern).

YHC will be sore tomorrow, but it’s always a good sore after spending time with guys in the gloom.  Hope to see you out there soon!
