We started with the pledge.

Warm up: Rucks off SSH IC 20, Arm circles forward/reverse with seal clap and overhead clap, Michael Phelps IC 15, curls 7’s.

Ruck: mosey out and cross the river on Pitt street to the Speedway and head back over the river on Green st. to Town commons where we stopped for some PT.  In honor of Soft Shell gaining his respect to day we did 50 squats and some merkins. Mosey through the park and his some hills in the summit street area.  Back to the flag in time for a little mary.

We finished with COT and a prayer.
