Today’s workout came from a challenge created by Soulcon called Polycarp. Largemouth gave me the idea and it looked fun so I went for it.  With Mayhem running up at the last second, YHC got things started at 7. 

Warmup:

  • SSH IC x 20
  • Plank x 2 min (step 1 of challenge)

The PAX lined up along the sidewalk to start steps 2 & 3 of the challenge. We were able to headlock a guy from Germany due to some communication issues. (Flo said a 50 min workout, but he heard 15 min):

  • 20 push-ups
  • Run to other side of field
  • 20 sit-ups
  • Repeat until 120 reps of each

Step 4 of challenge was split into 2 one-mile segments. The first mile ended at Havens Garden. 

Steps 5 & 6 we’re split between 2 trees:

  • 20 Squats 
  • Run to other tree
  • Talk junk to Bullseye
  • 20 SSH (they are called jumping jacks in the challenge…weird)
  • Rinse & Repeat until 120 reps of each

The PAX finished step 4 with a mile run back to the shovel flag. 

Final step of challenge

  • chill cut plank x 2 min (or 3-4 min, depending on who’s counting)

Finished up with:

  • Burpees x 10 OYO
  • Imperial Walkers x 11 IC
