YHC showed up early to post the shovel flag so the Pax would know what side to park on. I want to thank the Pax whom braved the near 100 degree heat index and posted tonight. My instructions were to make it hard and my personal goal was to make someone splash Merlot.

When 6 PM rolled around we had a few Pax just pulling up, once they parked we got started:

Started with a warm up lap around the track.

Then we started at the pull up bars and did Walking Burpees from the pull up bars to the bleachers on the wood line. The Pax were instructed that they could take as many steps as needed between each burpee but the more steps they took the less they would get out of the workout.

Once the 6 finished up we had a 20 count from Psycho.

We then moseyed back to the pull up bars and got a drink of water.

After we were hydrated we did 20 step ups per leg and planked for the 6.

We then continued the punishment with Walking Lunges from the pull up bars back to the bleachers by the wood line. Once the 6 arrived we had a 25 count provided by Hot Pursuit.

After we were cooled down with the 25 count we ran the outsides of the trails until we got to the “Bo Thompson” bridge then we made a B line to the picnic tables. Where Duff gave another 25 count.

Once the 25 count was over we had just enough time for a Jail Break from the picnic tables back to the bleachers by the wood line. On the Jail Break Gold Digger splashed Merlot. When the 6 arrived I asked the Pax if they had any objections to doing the ball of men in the shade, there were no objections.

Prayer requests were:

For the families of those effected by the recent tragedies in Orlando.

For Goose’s 2 year old Maddox with his medical condition.
