Ascending curb crawls-(I love and hate these) same concept as 11’s start off in a derkin perform 1 then bear crawl to the other side of the street then perform 9 derkins etc

I really enjoyed being able to post and I will be able to somewhat regularly again. I’ve missed the workouts sure enough, but I’ve definitely missed the comraderie the most. Even though we only had 5 today it was a much needed distraction.
