  • Run to gate 9 and do 20’s of derkins, WW II & Squats
  • Run to college hill suits and do 20’s of reverse rows, set up (each leg) & WWI
  • Run to the bottom of college hill and do 10 burpee pull ups
  • Run backwards to the top of college and do 20’s of box jumps, derkins and flutter kicks
  • Run to the bottom of college hill and over to Elm street park, where we did 20’s of merkins, lunges & LBC
  • Run back to the flag and over to the hill to do Jacob Ladders with merkins
  • Run back to the flag for the 2nd F
