Over the past couple of months my participation has been sporadic at best.  Having to take a month off due to injury, made me lazy and I had been struggling to find the early morning motivation to make a work out.  Life often has a funny way of providing opportunities to conquer your inner demons, with the struggle being our willingness to seize the opportunity.  Sunday afternoon I saw a message from Belding indicating he was looking for a Q for Warrior Wednesday this week.  Right off the bat, I thought this was my opportunity.  If I commit to being the Q, then I was committed to working out.  But I paused, spent the next hour or so trying to find a reason to not volunteer.  Finally, almost 2 hours later, I stepped up.  I jumped back in with both feet.  And I am glad I did, missed this stuff and the fine men that commit every morning.  Here is what we did:
