Sometimes a song pops into your head or a particular group of songs. Such was the case with YHC. Parliment. “Atomic Dog” “Flashlight” “P-Funk”. All songs from a wild teenage time that was the 70’s. This strange but intoxicating mix of rock, blues, soul and whatever else George and the boys could think of was mixed in a way that forced you to move. This music perfectly sums up what a Blackbeard workout is about. Just for the funk of it. The flag was planted, disclaimer given and like the Atomic Dog we were off like a dirty shirt.

MOLESKIN

Getting the theme of “One Nation Under A Groove” into YHCs head was really cool. See George Clinton and Paraliment understood Unity. That as in F3 Nation we are bound by common threads and that those threads bound together support our community, our family, our faith. Working our way across the parking lot, sweating, breathing hard and TOGETHER this morning in the gloom was more than just a group of guys exercising together. Brothers lined up next to each other waiting for the Q to call an exercise and willing to do whatever YHC called out. Every day YHC gets up he knows that when the call goes out someone will answer. Yes there will be sweat, hard breathing and pain and my F3 brothers next to me. Keep posting and keep the Faith! Belding Out!
