For me, there are many true heroes. The photo that had been linked with this workout are of some men who gave their lives and died soon after that photo was taken. I am in awe of their giving, their job, their sacrifices and those of their families. We should pause in prayer for their efforts…

It was good again to see ‘The Big Orange’ National Water Heater truck at Gate 5 of ECU. We all know it as Steamy’s ride…ET, I am glad your daddy is letting you drive him around. Glad that he is showing you the ropes of F-3. You have a good teacher. So, I asked Steamy about Skully showing and kind words were provided, that yes he’d be coming.
