YHC had lunch with CC this week and talked about sandbag workouts and how freakin tough they are. So I threw my hat in the ring even though it has been a while since doing sandbag work. Such a great workout though, working the full body. And CC is a solid mentor for sandbags and rucking too! Great job by all the guys with some solid mumblechatter.

Warm up: Indian run with no ruck; then Indian ruck shuffle for about 1.5 miles

Thunderstruck burpees with rucks on

Bring sally up with rotational lunges

Rihanna & eminem with sandbag situps

Partner up; partner 1 does a sandbag curl then toss, while partner 2 does a merken — all the way down the parking lot

Back to the flag where partner 1 does a sandbag shoulder toss and partner 2 does a walking lunge
