4 PAX for a nice EC Ruck and was able to log 2.7 miles. Was coming up on the last EC lap and we saw a truck that was driving around in the parking lot a bit lost. Back of the truck was full of rims. Driver asked where we parked and we led him to the back of the church. We could not tell who it was but the truck was not familiar so we thought we had an FNG and YHC was super excited with a sure-fire name… Rim Job ;) Come to find out it was Crabby Patty (first time to WestSide, second overall workout)… we voted for a name change but it was vetoed! Aqua Man was ready to roll as well so we had a total of 6. Circled up, short disclaimer given and we were off;

The Thang

YHC issued a challenge on Slack that if we had 12 PAX post at WestSide, it would be a bearcrawl free workout. Obviously we missed that mark and some PAX had obvious flashbacks to the last time YHC Q’d at WestSide with Bearcrawl to Heaven… YHC told the PAX today that there would be a beatdown of epic proportion without a visit from the bear. Small applause, but the PAX had no idea what they were getting themselves into…

Moseyed to the neighborhood for mailbox burpees. PAX would run to the end of the neighborhood and each time they came up on a mailbox (on the right side), they would perform one burpee. Total of 13 mailboxes so 13 burpees and a good amount of running. Plank for the six.

We stayed in the neighborhood and partnered up for a round of BOMBS. Partner A would perform the exercises while partner B ran to the first light pole (roughly 40 yards) and back. Partners would flapjack until all exercises were completed;

B- 25 Burpees

O- 50 Overhead Claps

M- 75 Merkins

B- 100 Big Boy sit-ups or LBCs

S- 125 Squats

We left the neighborhood and moseyed to the breezeway between the buildings. With the same partners, partner A would perform People’s Chair while partner B ran around the building. Flapjack so the other partner got to do People’s Chair. We then repeated the drill but this time with BTTW.

Had about 12min left so we met at the corner of the building for a round of Deep Dish 4 Corners. Out brother Double D is struggling with back and neck issues so YHC decided to call on PAX for an exercise but it had to be leg or ab centric. Once the exercise was called, YHC would say the number of reps that would be performed;

Corner 1- Aqua Man: Lunges (30 one is one)

Corner 2- Pulp: Squats (50)

Corner 3- Kool-Aid: Monkey Humpers… in front of the GPD officer (40)

Corner 4- Deep Dish: Imperial Walkers (60 one is one)

Moseyed back to the flag right at 0615 for COT
