The Thang:  4 Corners around the Church (OYO) Burpees, WWI’s & Dry Docks

  1. Corner 1 – 5 of each
  2. Corner 2 – 10 of each
  3. Corner 3 – 15 of each
  4. Corner 4 – 20 of each

 

Mosey to the soccer field for 7’s:  Jump Squats & Mountain Climbers (2is1) Mosey across the field in between

Mosey to baseball field and partner up (socially distanced of course)

  1. Partner 1 holds plank
  2. Partner 10 rounds the bases by bear crawling to first, running to second, bear crawling to third and then running home.
  3. Each has a turn around the bases

Mosey to the cut through of the church building where we partnered up  again.

  1. Partner 1 holds the btw position
  2. Partner 2 laps the front half of the church and finishes with a wounded bear crawl (lap1) and crab walks (lap2)
  3. Each gets two turns
