Warm up lap around the church and school.
Returned to starting point and conducted the following:
Side Straddle Hops x 15
Squats x 15
Merkins x 15

Mosey’d around the facility again, this time introducing pax to military cadence calling.
It took another lap around to get the pax in tune and in rhythm.

The Thang:
The Deconstructed Burpee Pyramid Shuttle.
Conducted 15 Deconstructed Burpees: 15xSquats, 15xLeg Thrusts, 15xMerkins, 15xSquats.
Then mosey’d to the opposite side of campus taking turns on cadence calling. Conducted 14xSquats, 14xLeg Thrusts, 14xMerkins, 14xSquats.
Mosey’d back with more cadence calling, rinse and repeat until time expired. Pax stopped at 8 when the bell rung!
Mosey’d back to the flag.
