A strong group of 5 came out in the gloom to get stronger together and learned the importance of listening to the Q’s instructions
WARM UP
- SSH, Good Mornings, Good Evenings, Side Stretches Collard Pickers
THE THANG
– 4 corners- To the building and stop at each corner- bear walk/lunge combo in front of the church on the short side, catch me if you can (bear crawl) on the long side- Pax were called on to add an addition to each stop
- Combination of merkins/HR merkins/burpees, WW2/LBC, Squats/Jump Squats, Flutter Kicks (Spinal Tap specialty), American Hammer (Pulp), Freddie Mercuries (KoolAid), Monkey Humpers (Grapevine)
- Additional HR Burpees were added for those who did not follow the Q’s instructions
-Stop at center area for 7s: Merkins & Squats- we made sure to not get feet on the wall at any point!
- Additional HR Burpees were added for those who did not follow the Q’s instructions (Q included)
-Stick around the middle for people’s chair and dirty hookups
-To the flag for a finish at 6:15
