  • 45 merkins – that my age and I can do it in merkins
  • run to the baseball fields
  • People’s chair, to bear crawl, to lunge, to balls to the wall & finish with a bear crawl
  • Run to the middle and do 20 irakins
  • Run to the rock pile and get a rock
  • Do 20 of the following exercises: rows, shoulder press, squats, curls & tricp press
  • Burpee lap – start with 5 burpees and run lap stopping at ever interaction to do burpees
  • NEXT DO THE WHOLE WORKOUT OVER AGAIN!!
