Mosey over to the Baseball back stop and do People’s Chair with countoff 1,2,3 go through whole PAX, the BTTW same and Spinal Tap gets the final countdown so we hold at end until Abu fails.

Mosey over to the wood posts next to playgound equipment and Bear Crawl end to end then Lunge back to beginning and Plank for the SIX. Mosey back to the flag and do sprints then squats(10), Lunge back Plank for the SIX then Merkins(10) rinse and repeat until 6:14 then Flutter kicks for final minute.
