Since the start of football season I wanted an opportunity to Q the stadium and was able to lock in with Bambino to get on the calendar.  With all the construction this summer the white lot and backside of the stadium has not been open so decided it was time to take the PAX for a workout starting at the roundabout near the baseball stadium.  Also thought 7 was a fun number since the Pirates have been struggling of late to get a bunch of 7’s this season

Warm Up:  7 SSH; 7 High Knees; 7 Butt Kickers

Mosey to the roundabout near the baseball stadium with Terry Holland’s name on it for circle burpee’s and bear crawls.  One Pax would bear crawl the sidewalk around the roundabout while the PAX to your right would lead the group in circle burpees.  Everyone bear crawled and led the circle burpee’s

Next mosey to the white lot for 7’s at the Pirate Walk sidewalk.  7’s of merkins & jump squats while running the sidewalk

Next mosey to the Pirate statue for 3 rounds of 7 derkins; 7 dips and 7 step ups.  In between each round, run the steps at the Murphy Center

Next mosey to the wall by gate 6.  All PAX line up against the wall and took turns calling out 10 seconds of BTW followed by leading 7 WWII in cadence (good mumble chatter in between)

Next mosey to the flag for 30 count of flutter kicks in cadence followed by 30 seconds of have a nice day
