YHC reached out to Bambino’s Slack poll and took the Q for today. Bambino must have been a little worried about the weather today but we worked out none the less. YHC pulled up at 05:25, fresh off a birthday celebratory weekend and in desperate need of a workout. Slim Jim was waiting then Glow Worm pulled up just in time to start. The three of us took off ..

Stop 1 – stairs, exercise: jump squats
Down and up performing jump squats at bottom and top, climbing until we reached 35
– This is when we saw a random man running up the stairs to join us; enter Mr. Belding for a 43 minute workout
Stop 2 – benches by statue, exercise: irkins and derkins
Complete both with the number sequence model mentioned above
Stop 3 – tennis courts, exercise: LBCs and sprint to other end
Stop 4 – the hill, exercise: flutter kicks
Stop 5 – bus stop at lower lot and go to the 4 light poles, exercise: mountain climbers
Stop 6 – bus stop, exercise: dips and step ups
Stop 7 – the grassy hill, exercise: Side Strattle hops
Stop 8 – we had 8 short sprints to get us back to the flag
