It was a lean Mash at best this past Monday morning.  I myself was trying too shake off the rust from the past week of baking in the sun and heat at work and also all the Pirate Pillaging from the weekend surrounding the baseball games.  4 of us Monday morning regulars showed up for a spur of the moment beatdown, and I tried not to disappoint.  After a little warm up of side straddle hops and good mornings we partook in 3 different sets of 11’s, rotating from gate 9 at one end of the stadium to the pirate statue on the other.  We did sets of WW2’s, step ups, squats, merkins, dips and flutter kicks and climbed stairs when we could.   The Q turned out to be a great reset and start for the week.  Looking forward to the next.
