Warmup with side straddle hops, good mornings and Abe Vigoda. Moseyed to the meadow. partners alternated exercises while the partner did imperial walkers across the meadow. Teams were responsible for 150 chilly jacks, 100 merkins, 150 Freddie Mercury and 100 LBCs. Moseyed to the Pirate and alternated step ups for 1 minute 3x with 30 second breaks. Moseyed to the stairs and ran the stairs 3x with 20  hallelujahs at the top and 20 crab humpers at the bottom. Moseyed to the gate near the flag poles and had a four count round of a dozen dips. Moseyed to the flag for Guantanamo and a final closing ab exercise.
