About a month ago, Bench asked YHC to take the lead on Clydesdales.  Well, having drunk the F3 Kool-Aid I was excited to take the next step.  A Clydesdale is able to sustain a steady force for a longer period of time, and that’s what I wanted todays workout to accomplish. Q’ing after a holiday can often be a daunting task. However, I was excited to provide a slow and steady burn to all who posted. Lynyrd Skynyrd and YHC put in some mileage with a rucksack for a little EC stroll through campus.
