Die Hard shoulder-tapped me last week to Q The Collard Patch.  I immediately said yes because I had been away from this AO for 3 weeks.  It happens to be the closest one to my house, so I always hate to miss it.  It was good to be back…especially since my assistant t-ball coached posted for the first time.

  • YHC brought along Alexa this morning.  She started blasting “Classic Rock Power Workout Radio” from Pandora to provide some motivation.

    • Repeat
  • Mosey to the football field
  • 11s – Burpees, LBC’s
    • Run across field in between, alternating with running backwards
  • Mosey back to the flag

YHC can’t say enough about how F3 has changed his life. I’m stronger, lighter, faster, and sharper now than I’ve been in my adult life. It all started for me here at The Collard Patch a few short months ago.  I’m so thankful for all of the PAX that welcomed me in and pulled me along.

Do yourself a favor next Monday…set the clock a few minutes earlier and head down to Ayden (#70mphAO).  The small numbers we have here allow for great 2nd F during the 1st F.
