YHC was a little tired after a trip to Asheville, but 3 PAX showed for a Monday morning beat down. YHC was honored to lead.

Start at the first light pole and do 5 burpees. Mosey to the next light pole and another 3 burpees and so on x5.

5 big boy sit ups at the next 5 light poles.

Shoulder tap merkins for the next 10 poles. Adding 1 for each light pole.

Finish 4 light poles with 5 deep squats.

2 sets of elevens at the picnic tables.

1st set, 4 counter russian dips and foot release squats.

2nd set, dips and merkins.

Mosey back to the gazebo, 2 minutes of any exercise already completed during the beat down.

Strong push by a PAX of 3.
