Trail of ANTS, Ringing a Bell

Trail of Ants. Ever Wonder Why there’s a Trail? Proverbs chapter 6:6-11 in the Bible has this to say:

 

6 Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise!

7 It has no commander, no overseer or ruler,

8 yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.

9How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep?

10 A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest—

11 and poverty will come on you like a thief and scarcity like an armed man.

 

We men have a calling. We are created to share and be a part of something bigger than ourselves. God has wired each with special abilities and that is TRUTH. F3 provides a platform for MEN to exercise those abilities. By posting and working hard, getting out of the fartsack displays that men need fellowship and a sense of belonging.

We BELONG. God has made us in HIS image. Let us not be like the sluggard. These MEN posted, making themselves better. Make a difference today. One ant is part of the trail………….funny as it seems by smelling the ant who went before him. Stay on TRACK and do the right thing.

2-People’s Chur with Hallelujahs, 10 count each man

 

3-Team up, 1 and 2’s, opposite sides of the football field, shoulder to shoulder facing the others. Bear Crawl to the Center of the Field where hanging is a bell which must be rung, Then 1 Burpee, then run backwards to the next PAX for his turn….ALL WAITING THEIR TURN WERE DOING PRISONER SQUATS.

 

4-DORA Showed up: Partner Up at the Goal Line and head toward the Bell those not engaged in the 3 pain stations. And they are: 150 Merkins, 250 WWII’s, 300 Squats.

 

5-People’s Chur again with 20 counts each. (Some French, Spanish, Eng)
